The products sold are therefore subjected to rigorous quality control standards.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
The receipt by pantheonparfum.com of the order, transmitted by the customer via electronic transmission, determines the conclusion of the contract. With the conclusion of the contract, pantheonparfum.com undertakes to provide the customer with the products ordered, under the terms and conditions set out in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders from persons who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall into the aforementioned category of the "final consumer" or if, for any reason, the ordered product is not available for sale.
By sending the order, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe all the provisions contained in these Conditions in his relations with pantheonparfum.com.
The forwarding of the order, therefore, implies the full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these Conditions, as well as of the additional information contained in the web pages of the site referred to here and/or connected via links.
1. Payment Information
1.1 Payment Methods
The purchased item must be paid for at the same time as the purchase transaction is closed via PayPal, Credit Card or Cash on Delivery.
1.2 PayPal
You can choose to pay with PayPal in a simple and secure way, via your PayPal account. To combine your Credit Card with a PayPal account and for more information click here. Pantheonparfum.com reserves the right to proceed with the order processing only if the data registered for the PayPal account coincide with the billing and shipping data of the order itself. You can pay with standard PayPal or in 3 installments.
1.3 Credit Card
For your orders on pantheonparfum.com you can also pay easily and safely with a Credit Card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
1.4 Cash on delivery
Pantheonparfum.com offers the possibility of choosing cash on delivery as a payment method. Payment is made in cash on delivery (the courier does not accept checks and does not give change) and is possible for orders with a maximum amount of up to 2,999 Euros. The service is available only for Italy. In the event that the shipment of an order placed with cash on delivery is not successful for reasons attributable to the customer, pantheonparfum.com reserves the right not to follow up on any other order with the same payment method. This service is offered at an additional cost of €5.
2 Shipping information
2.1 Shipping Costs – ITALY
Shipments to Italy are made via BRT or GLS courier.
Shipping costs to Italy are always free.
As required by the laws regulating trade, all pantheonparfum.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.
2.2 Shipping Costs – ABROAD
Shipments abroad are made via BRT/DPD or DHL courier.
In European countries shipping is free for orders over €150. Otherwise the cost is €20.
In non-EU countries orders are always shipped at a cost of €50. VAT and customs duties may be applied based on the legislation of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
For the UK, Switzerland and Albania the shipping costs are always €20.
For shipments to non-European countries the average delivery times are 15/20 working days. If customs hold the package for checks, delivery may take longer than is attributable to pantheonparfum.com.
As required by the laws regulating trade, all pantheonparfum.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.
2.3 Shipping Date
We ship same day all orders received before 12:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on a holiday or a day before a holiday, the package will be shipped on the first working day available.
Starting from shipping, for delivery times are:
- 1-2 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia)
- 4-5 working days in the European Union
- 5-10 working days in non-EU countries.
2.4 Order Status
When the order is shipped, pantheonparfum.com sends its customers an email containing the shipping number provided by the courier. Customers can follow the status of their order directly on the courier's website. The displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.
2.6 Authorized delivery of the shipment
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of receipt of the shipment. pantheonparfum.com packages are carefully packaged and sealed with branded adhesive tape. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation in order to then open a case with the courier. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the local office of the courier who carried out the shipment and to contact pantheonparfum.com at info@pantheonparfum.com. pantheonparfum.com does not accept in any case complaints for packages potentially tampered with by the courier if upon receipt of the package the buyer has not signed with reservation.
2.7 Shipment storage
In the event of non-delivery of the shipment, the next day the courier automatically sends the sender – pantheonparfum.com – the storage file opening dossier, which reports the reason for the non-delivery and the request for instructions for the release.
The customer also has the possibility of viewing the storage file opening dossier and the status of their order directly on the courier's website.
Pantheonparfum.com reserves the right to request the return of the goods after three (3) working days, in the absence of instructions from the end customer.
A maximum storage period of 15 days is foreseen at the nearest courier branch.
2.8 Shipment insurance
At the time of check-out the system automatically adds the insurance service to the cart at a cost of €4 or €6 (depending on the depending on the value of the order).
The insurance service protects the customer in the event of theft, loss, damage, errors, attributable to the express courier.
In the cases described above - after verification with the Customer Service - the seller undertakes to reship the missing or damaged products.
In the event that the customer deselects the insurance option (automatically suggested) by removing the flag from the appropriate box, the refund or replacement services described above are not guaranteed to the customer in any case.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Information relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal - Right of withdrawal and Effects
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform JOY S.p.A. (headquarters Via del lavoro 13, Pergola email address: info@pantheonparfum.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration.
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 the Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. If you withdraw from this contract, all payments you have made to us will be reimbursed within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund is suspended until the seller has received the goods.
You are requested to send the goods back to JOY S.p.A., Via del lavoro 13, Pergola, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. The costs of returning the goods will be at your expense. Products opened and vaporized for the first time cannot be returned.
From the moment the goods return to JOY S.p.A., in order to proceed with the refund it will be necessary to ascertain that the same goods have not undergone tampering and/or alterations of any nature that could compromise a future/immediate resale of the same.
If, therefore, it should prove unsellable, the product in question will be returned at our expense to the rightful owner.
The refund will in any case be net of any other costs or commissions incurred by JOY S.p.A. in relation to the same sale.
3.2 Returns
The facilitated return shipping service via courier is valid only for the Italian national territory. Just contact the courier's customer service and ask the operator to book a national collection with "carriage assigned", indicating the recipient's details (JOY S.p.A., Via del lavoro 13, Pergola 61045 Pesaro-Urbino, PU) and the sender's details (including the day and preferred time slot for collection).
3.3 Return of an incorrect product
In the event of a delivery problem, or in the event of delivery of an incorrect product, our customer service will contact the customer to arrange collection of the incorrect package by express courier, proceeding only subsequently to the redelivery of the correct product.
In the event of refusal by the customer to return the incorrect product, and in all cases of failure to communicate by the customer, the first delivery will be considered tacitly accepted. If there are price discrepancies between the product ordered and the one incorrectly received and not returned, a refund of the difference will be offered.
The right of return remains guaranteed as described in detail in point 3.1.
